The projects' level of progress. Have the strategy implementation-related projects respected the established lead times? Have they terminated without exceeding the planned amount of resources?
The results attained. As implemented, did the strategy provide the expected results?
The obstacles that were encountered. Did the execution of the strategy encounter unexpected difficulties? Were they managed adequately?
The satisfaction of the players involved. Are the people who participated in the implementation satisfied with the way it took place? Do they have the feeling they progressed? Do they believe the company has become more efficient because of their action?
The evolution of the external environment. Was there anything that might have warranted adapting the strategy during the implementation process? Were the appropriate choices made in this area?
