How can we work together?
You send us a Knowledge Pill project which fits into one of our collections. This should be a text of approximately 10 lines, along with a general or detailed table of content. You can also suggest an idea for a new collection.
- We will send you an acknowledgment of receipt
- Our Editorial Committee, which convenes once a month, will review your proposal.
- You will receive one of the three following answers:
- Your proposal has been rejected. You will receive an e-mail on the day after the meeting
- Your proposal has been accepted, effective immediately. You will receive a draft "Knowledge Pills" author's contract as well as our "Author's Guide"
- We are interested in your proposal, but it does not meet our immediate editorial priorities. We will submit your project to our Editorial Committee again, three months later and will then give you our definitive answer.
- Upon signature of the author's contract we will send you our "Author's Guide"
- You will be assigned an editorial manager who will be your single point of contact for all your questions.
- You write the Knowledge Pill in Word format using the style specified by our Author's Guide.
- Our development team builds the Knowledge Pill from your Word document
- You review and validate the Knowledge Pill once it has been created.
- The Knowledge Pill is published and launched on our site.
- Every 6 months, you will be contacted and asked if your Knowledge Pill needs to be updated.
